The definition of a birth doula is a trained professional who provides continuous physical, emotional, and informational support to a mother before, during, and shortly after childbirth to help her achieve the healthiest, most satisfying experience possible.

I bring a wealth of training and experience to the community, having supported women in many capacities such as home and hospital births, VBACs, medicated and unmedicated births, hypnobirthing, c-sections, infant loss, trauma, and healing labor. 

I accept a minimal number of clients (1.5 month avg.), as my style is to be as attentive as possible to my families.
